It is located on the right bank of the Seine and is known for its quaint little streets, lively bars, and shops. This neighborhood is a melting pot of cultures, architectural styles, and diverse restaurants. You can explore many historic sites, including the Canal Saint-Martin, the Conservatoire des Arts et Métiers, and the Paris Opera. The nightlife is very lively, with bars, clubs, and themed weekends.
- Lost or Forgotten Keys
Any loss or forgetting of keys between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. will result in a €50 charge.
After 8 p.m., service is not guaranteed and will be billed at an additional charge.
If a locksmith is required and the traveler is at fault, all costs will be entirely at their expense.

- Forgotten Items
We assume no liability for items left in the apartment.
If an item is found and the guest requests that it be shipped, a handling fee of €50 will be charged in addition to postage costs.
