The Space:
Spacious, functional apartment, completely refurbished! It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, family or business.

The apartment has a Queen-size double bed with new, extremely comfortable bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a lounge area with a convertible sofa for two and a convertible armchair for one, TV, WIFI access.

Entering the apartment, you'll find :
- a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, hob, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans...),
- a sitting area with TV,
- a single sofa bed,
- a queen size bed (160 by 200),

From Airports:

Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort and convenience, ensuring a relaxing stay.
Our professional housekeeping team will ensure the apartment is immaculate upon your arrival and departure, so you can focus on enjoying your time in Paris.
If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.

Family-Friendly Services:
If you need a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice), and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that we do not provide baby linen.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. For early check-ins or late check-outs, please confirm availability 24 hours prior, and applicable charges may apply.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €250 is required to access the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. You can expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided there are no damages.

Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Respect your neighbors' peace and quiet to avoid deductions from your deposit.
Be mindful of any construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.

Internet Access:
Avoid using internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation. Please understand that any internet malfunctions from telecom operators aren't our responsibility and won't lead to compensation.

Please note that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under this age must be accompanied by an adult meeting the required age. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in denial of entry, and no refund requests will be accepted.
