My birthday was perfect thanks to this hotel staff. They upgraded my room with a view of Eiffel Tower for my bday. The room was super clean and close to everything. The train and bus stop was right across the street so it was very convenient. The staff was super friendly and helpful. So glad I stayed here !

First time in Paris for a week. Nice location with metro station right across the street from the hotel. 3 metro lines will take you to many different attractions. The view from this room was amazing. However, based on what I paid, it should have been a lot nicer. They could put some money we are spending into making things better. I mean, I have to go get my own towels? I also tried to cancel 5 days before and would lose all my money. There wasn’t availability at the hotel I was staying at, but a spot opened up. The smell in the room was very strong and smelled like an air freshener. It gave me a headache. I searched for the source, but couldn’t find it. Maybe it was a cleaning product? I definitely won’t stay at this hotel brand again. Very disappointing! Especially since my last place was so good and cost less! 😕

Love the convenience and location of this hotel. walking distance to eiffel tower and great restaurants. train station was right in front of hotel. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, common areas like hallways need updating but definitely not a deal breaker. i would stay again for sure.
