✨ This spacious 79m2 apartment is fully air-conditioned for your absolute comfort. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it includes:
• Three bedrooms with queen size bed for peaceful nights.
• A living area with television and Wi-Fi to entertain you and stay connected.
• A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area with hotplates, oven, toaster, Nespresso machine and washer-dryer
• Three modern bathrooms, one with toilet, for added convenience.
• Separate toilet.
The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest, and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper to ensure a spotless space when you arrive.

LATE ARRIVALS
As specified in our house rules, there is an additional cost for late arrivals:
• From 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.: 30 euros
• After 11 p.m.: 50 euros
