Das Appartement war in völlig anderem Zustand als auf den Bildern abgebildet. Viel der abgebildeten Einrichtung fehlte, z.b. Fernseher, Schränke, Deko, etc. Schränke standen teilweise halb abgebaut in der Wohnung. Wesentliche Merkmale die in der Annonce beworben werden fehlen: es gibt kein Internet, keine Waschmaschine, kein Trockner, keine Zentralheizung. Grundlegende Ausstattung, wie z.B. Föhn ist nicht vorhanden. Sauberkeit war auch auf einem niedrigen Niveau, so lagen im Schrank z.b. verschwitzte stinkende Sportbekleidung.
