## Logement
Located on the 4th floor with elevator, this bright and charming studio offers all the comfort needed for an enjoyable stay. It includes: a sleeping area with a sofa bed; a fully equipped kitchen; a functional shower room; a dining area with table and chairs; a comfortable living area to relax after your walks; and a furnished balcony to enjoy the Parisian air.

You will particularly appreciate its brightness and practicality.

Everything is provided for your comfort: Wi-Fi, hairdryer, smart TV with apps (no live channels), baby cot, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, oven, and much more. Bed linens and towels are included in the cleaning fees.

The apartment enjoys an ideal location: just steps from the Sacré-Cœur; in the heart of the 18th arrondissement, close to Montmartre, Château Rouge, Jules Joffrin, and Pigalle; and just a few minutes from the metro, which provides easy access to all of Paris.

For your daily shopping, a Carrefour City is only a 3-minute walk away.

During your stay, you can explore the city’s iconic sites, such as the Palais Garnier (23 min by metro), the Arc de Triomphe (29 min), the Louvre Museum (27 min by bus), and many more.

## Emplacement
The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a great dynamism and respectability.
