Unique location and access. Easy access to all major sites in the city. Very hot weather without air conditioning made for extremely warm nights sleeping during our stay. Fans were provided which helped move the air but with limited access to cooler outside air the inside temperature was still extremely warm. At least the beds were comfortable.

Our group of 5 women stayed at the property in June. The apartment was exactly as advertised. Incredible location, very cute apartment, safe area, fully equipped, reasonable price. Everything we could have wanted. We stayed during the June heat wave of 41 degree weather so it was very hot in the apartment, but there were fans provided that helped slightly. Would recommend this apartment to all.

This is a fantastic property with very gracious hosts! The location makes it easy to navigate around Paris and the wonderful bistros. It has a great kitchen so you can easily sit at the table and share a meal.

We are traveling with 5 adults and 1 child. We loved the location and felt very safe. Just know that apartment has 3 floors, with the first floor being a flight of stairs up. So the third floor is 3 flights up. The stairs are challenging to negotiate with luggage. Communications were excellent and the place was very clean. We also enjoyed the washing machine.

We really liked the location of the condo, close to major sites. We could walk to the Louvre, Palais Garnier, Tuileries Gardens, Mussee d'Orsay. We found the beds and couch comfortable, and the kitchen was outfitted very well. There was a washer but no dryer, but there was a fantastic, big drying rack that worked fabulously. There was no air conditioning and it was almost 90 F when we visited, but the triple fans worked great to keep us cool.

Worth it for the location

The location was great. Near the Louvre and the muse day or say, and everything was walkable. The place itself was good for four adults. The Wi-Fi was spotty, The rooms were kind of small, but the bed was really comfortable.

Fantastic, safe and charming.

The property was very quaint and the three floors offered some great privacy from the others staying there. The covered passage offered a unique experience in Paris. I'd stay here again with my family of four.

Loved our stay here, great location, very central to everything we wanted to do in Paris. The stairs are a bit steep and would be difficult for people with mobility issues, but we loved it.

This was my first trip to Paris with my sisters.

We had a wonderful stay. We were given all of the things we needed. I would say that the stairs were our only challenge. I would rent this space again.

Amazing Location

The location is amazing! Short walk to multiple Metro lines, restaurants and grocery stores. Easy walking distance to the Louvre and Musee d’Orsay. With the Passage closed to the public at night, it also makes for a very quiet stay! As others have mentioned, the stairs are definitely steep, but fine for our family with teens.

Great location in Paris

The place was smaller than we expected but had all the charm. It is a great location for visiting the tourist spots, and the passage itself had some unique shops and eateries. Though a bit hot to those of us that like air conditioning, we would certainly stay again in cooler months. The showers were also a bit small but we madw do

Great stay in a great location

I enjoyed my stay. Great location and adorable place. One thing to note, the upstairs shower is a bit tight when you have the water on due to the handle needing to come out when the water is on and also there is no light over the sink in that bathroom. Really only something that would be harder for a woman. Other than that, fantastic stay. Would stay here again.

France vacation with Family

We had a lovely stay in our Parisian flat. Florian was a wonderful host and very helpful. It was so close to the metro and a lot of the popular spots in Paris. We loved the Passage Choiseul in which our flat was located. The restaurants and shops were wonderful! We would definitely recommend if you don’t mind walking up steps. Very Parisian.

Stay here!!!

Location, location, location. This place is awesome. Walking distance to some amazing food and all the things to see. Beds are all comfy and a very secure, quiet place to stay The only thing is the stairs. I wouldn’t stay here if you have little little toddlers or anyone with mobility issues. We were 3 adults and a 10 year old and had no issues with the stairs. We will be 100% saving this location for future Paris trips.

Central Apartment with Easy Access to Attractions

We had a pleasant stay at the apartment. It was smaller than we anticipated based on the website, and the only drawback was that the shower in one of the rooms was a bit too small. This apartment is a good choice if your travel plans don't include preparing meals, as the space may feel limited for that purpose. While it can technically accommodate up to six people, I would recommend it for two couples for optimal comfort. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and attractions within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were very smooth, making the overall experience hassle-free.I would definitely consider staying here again.
