We do not accept arrivals on 12/25 and 01/01.

On the square in front of the Georges-Pompidou National Center for Art and Culture, on the top floor of a building with elevator, a very beautiful duplex, triple exposure, incredible views and very bright with a small terrace. Between the Rambuteau and Les Halles metro stations, in the heart of Paris.

For 4 people, 2 Bedrooms (2 double beds 180X200) + 2 bathrooms.
Housing
In this 75m2 duplex (on 2 floors) you have a large kitchen open to the living / dining room with 1 bedroom, and a bathroom on each floor for preserved privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped (see list).

1st level = A large kitchen open to the living / dining room + 1 bedroom + a bathroom + 1 toilet. The bathroom is separate from the bedroom.

2nd level = A bedroom with its adjoining bathroom.

The apartment itself is beautiful, and the location is wonderful. However, please do not let the fact that there is an elevator mislead you - there are Lots of stairs! You must walk up stairs to get to the elevator, (which is the tiniest I’ve seen, even for Europe), and then more stairs from the elevator to the apartment. And, then a few stairs up to the bathroom. The property manager did help us carry our luggage up when we arrived; however, we were on our own when we left. We were in Paris as part of a longer trip, so we had a lot of luggage, and my husband recently had a hip replacement, so this proved extremely difficult. I would highly recommend this apartment for younger, more fit people, but may not be the best fit for anyone with any mobility challenges or heavy luggage.

Beautiful place in a great location

Great light and views of Paris rooftops with a nice terrace off the upstairs bedroom. lots of plants and nice decor. Be aware there are a lot of stairs even to get to the elevator and the to reach the apartment. So not accessible for anyone with mobility issues.

Quaint gem in the heart of Paris

The location was amazing! Close to everything we wanted to see and those further away were a hop away on the Metro. Lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby. We knew the property had a second dining table in the sitting area and a lot of plants from the pictures. The sitting area could be a roomier space without the extra dining table. The plants - which were beautiful - were more than we realized from the pictures in the rooftop area. We wish there was more people space for our entire party of three to spend some time comfortably out there. There was no guest book or rules that usually accompanies a VRBO rental and there was a partition in one of the bedrooms that appeared to have boxes of holiday items (this is based on what we could see through a clear box poking out from the edge of the partition). There didn't seem to be a set check-in procedure. We were told to text the manager the day we arrived in Paris and that check-in could be anytime between noon and 8 pm. With our early flight and no pre-arranged time to meet, we ended up paying to stash our luggage for many unnecessary hours. The manager was helpful in supplying information before our arrival on where to stash our luggage. Overall, we found these to be minimal issues and just rolled with it. Overall, the place was very clean, cozy, a great location, and served our needs very well. We would rent here again!

Great location

It is a wonderful location in the middle of a pedestrian mall in the Marais. It is so close to a metro line and great cafes, shops and restaurants surround it. On the 5th floor (with an elevator!), it has an unbelievable view and a quiet, serene rooftop garden that is amazing. Owner was awesome, letting us drop our bags before check in so we could start exploring! Everything you need is provided. We were so sad to say goodbye on our last day.

Very decent apartment

Charming apartment in a nice location. Certainly fit my needs as a single traveler on a short trip. Master bed linens and pillows could have been better, but overall very acceptable. It’s Paris, after all!

Great location

The location of this rental is wonderful! Right at Centre Pompidou and the Marais, walk to Notre Dame and very close to metro and RER. I forgot my keys one day and the property manager-Fabrice-had one of his people meet me at the property at 10:30 pm to let us in. Outstanding service! The only issue is if you truly need a lift, this place is not for you. You must walk up a flight to get to the lift and upon reaching your floor walk up another flight to get to the apartment.
