Contemporary in style (although you’ll spot some elegant original details too), this home’s open-plan living area is furnished with very modish pieces and hung with cool modern artworks. The pale-pink master bedroom is home to yet more characterful accessories, as is the playful second bedroom. The area’s nice and lively, and as well as many shops and restaurants you’ll find a fair few museums, galleries, and Canal Saint Martin within easy walking distance. And it’s only a three-minute stroll from here to either République or Strasbourg Saint Denis métro station.
