We had a wonderful experience at this apartment. It is in a great location and is very convenient to numerous Metro stops.
The apartment is newly refurbished - everything is new! We stayed in the apartment with our daughter who attends university in London. The pull out couch was comfortable and convenient.
I have a couple of suggestions for the owners. The apartment is very nicely decorated, but there are some practical suggestions I would make. In the kitchen, I would suggest a mat on the floor by the sink. The sink tends to splash and the floor then gets wet. Also, I would have under the sink some paper towels and liquid dish soap so if you are only using a few dishes you can wash them and not use the dishwasher. I would suggest some sponges and another dish towel. We spilled juice and had to use the dish towel to clean it up and then couldn't use it again.
In the bathroom - the shower is fabulous. I would include a soap dish on the sink and a few rolls of toilet paper. I'd install a toilet paper holder. I'd also include a hairdryer.
The bedroom is lovely. There is no dresser, but a closet with cubbies to put your stuff and hang. I'd move the stuff out of the closet - the drying rack and vacuum -- because it gives more room for hanging.
Lastly, we were given the wrong street number on our notice for the apartment so we went to number 2 rue Charlot instead of 52. Thankfully, you provided the phone number and Miguel called us back and guided us to the right number.
Paris was lovely and the apartment helped make our stay wonderful.
