Overall excellent. Very nice to have a fully functional apartment while on vacation. Apartment was very clean and precisely matched the photos. Staff were very responsive via e-mail and whats app, answering all of our questions and addressing concerns very quickly. One thing to bear in mind is that there is a combined washer/dryer in the unit, but it is very slow (~5 hours to wash and dry), but there is a very good laundromat (Laverie Lav Speed) nearby so not really an issue.

The location is perfect! The place itself is very clean and well equipped. They have 1 laundry machine and supply you with laundry pods, so you can pack less if you like. The staffs are helpful! Some of their replies are AI but it doesn’t take long for a real human to respond, but the AI was good to begin with.

Rented room # 2 for 7 nights in October. Looked exactly as posted. Located on a quiet cobble stone street within minutes of a million restaurants. Newer windows that were easy to open and provided good sound proofing. 2 QUIET air conditioners that cooled the entire apartment. All furniture and appliances looked new and worked well, bed and shower pressure were great. Full size couch was comfortable. After consulting with ChatGPT, I used the washer/dryer successfully 3 times. Liquid handsoap/ shampoo/ conditioner/body soap all provided and were nice quality. Manager was always helpful. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. I would rent this apartment again! Tip go to Stohrer bakery and Les Tetti Carreaux for dinner - both a 5 min walk.

The property management checked in with us right away to make sure everything was good. At one point the elevator wasn’t working and they fixed it within a couple hours. AC was good. Quiet street yet close enough to cafes, bakeries etc. We would stay here again.

It was a tight fit for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers) but we didn't mind as we were just using the place to sleep and not hang out. Great location with lots of cafes and easy access to public transportation. Staff was very responsive when we had questions about the AC and washer/dryer. Would stay here again.

Phenomenal location. Clean hotel suite, which worked well for my family of 4. The living room AC couldn't cool the living room area (where the pull out couch is). The bedroom AC was able to cool down the room moderately well. But it wasn't until about 2am before the bedroom actually got cool. Other than that, we really liked the place. Location is phenomenal. Hotel suite was clean. Note - we were there July 6-7th, so it was hot out, but nothing crazy hot for Paris in the summer.

Great location, nicely decorated rooms and everything we needed in the room. The location was a highlight. Very closed to all shopping and restaurants, but still in the quitter section. It was quite loud in the evening and almost till 2 pm. The biggest issue we had was not the best AC, especially in the living room where my kids slept. I communicated several times with the management, and their response was that nothing can be done as there was a heatwave in Paris. Even if the AC stays at 19 degrees Celsius, no way it was not blowing cold air. We stayed after this hotel in another one and 22 degrees was so cold. This is only one issue we had, otherwise, the property was great.

Apartment was perfectly appointed, including a large shower and washer/dryer. The neighborhood is quite lively, but if you’re sensitive to noise you may need to keep the windows closed. The staff responded quickly to an issue with the television. I have no complaints. This is truly a wonderful property and I will stay there again!

Location is amazing! The apartment was very cute and well stocked with comfortable beds. Some points that weeee minor but could be addressed: There is some wear and tear such as ripped wallpaper and chipped paint on cabinets. The sofa seat cushions would not stay on when sitting and kept slipping out. The washing machine ruined our clothes on the wash dry cycle and took 4 hours. Would be good to have a guide for that. Overall it was amazing and we would stay again.
