The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and all essentials, and the toilet is conveniently separate.

Charles de Gaulle Airport is around 40–45 minutes away via RER B from Gare du Nord, which you can reach in about 15 minutes by metro (Line 12 then Line 4).

Orly Airport is now directly accessible via Metro Line 14 from stations like Saint-Lazare or Porte de Clichy, both reachable within 15–20 minutes from the apartment.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non EU residents.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.
