  • Very nice atypical apartment, 100% charming, in the Block of Emily in Paris", in the heart of the Latin Quarter. 2 steps from the Pantheon, between the Jardin du Luxembourg (for coffee) and Jardin des Plantes (for jogging)!
    Bright apartment, with a large open plan kitchen of 20m2 and a very large living room of 27m2. You will have the entire top floor of the building. You will enjoy being next to the Sorbonne and will be able to do your shopping at the Mouffetard market, the most beautiful in Paris!! We sing there on Sunday mornings!!
    All rooms are spacious with a desk for telecommuting. The neighborhood, very safe, is full of charm with terraces everywhere! You can do everything on foot from home! Metro lines 10 and 7 are next door and the RER, train to the 2 airports of Paris (Charles de Gaulles and Orly) is 5 minutes walk away.
    The Charléty, Stade de France, Roland Garros and Parc des Princes stadiums are all direct by metro or RER
    It's hard to get any nicer to live in!
