Ideally located on rue des Déchargeurs, just a few steps from the legendary rue de Rivoli, this apartment invites you to experience the very essence of historic Paris. A blend of art, culture and timeless elegance, it's at the heart of a sought-after neighborhood where classic architecture, emblematic institutions and a typically Parisian ambience come together.

Located on the second floor of a handsome building with no elevator, this apartment opens onto a particularly spacious, light-filled living room.
On your right, you'll find a living area with a large, comfortable sofa bed and a connected TV. To your left, the dining area features a magnificent table.

The interior architecture, all curves and soft lines, gives the room a harmonious atmosphere, both contemporary and full of character. Two alcove-like passageways, subtly integrated into the décor, lead to a fully-equipped, top-of-the-range kitchen. Veined marble, noble woods and refined finishes make this space as functional as it is elegant, in keeping with the rest of the apartment.

The Master Room offers absolute comfort with its hotel-quality King-Size bed, enhanced by top-of-the-range bedding and a soothing atmosphere. It is also equipped with a connected TV and plenty of storage space. The elegant and spacious en-suite bathroom features a refined bathtub, a sleek walk-in shower and a WC, all dressed in noble materials and meticulously finished.

The second bedroom, equipped with a Queen-Size bed, connected TV and plenty of storage space, benefits from an en-suite marble bathroom with walk-in shower and integrated WC.

The third and final bedroom features a hotel-quality Queen-size bed, ample storage capacity and a connected TV for optimum comfort.

The third bathroom, discreetly integrated into the vast hallway, features an elegant walk-in shower and WC.

From floor to ceiling, this apartment is decorated with quality, timeless materials, such as Hungarian parquet, marble and various wall moldings, typical of Haussmann apartments.

The apartment was very modern, well equipped and in excellent condition. Housekeeping was included which is nice touch. Great location, within walking distance of many sites, restaurants and shops. We would stay there again.
