Located on the first floor - without elevator - of a Parisian building on rue Paul Louis Courier, this apartment with clean lines and elegant decoration offers all the charm and comfort of a Parisian apartment.

Bathed in light, soothing materials and clean colours, the apartment opens onto a large room including a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a bright and cozy living room.

The separate bedroom with it's Queen Size bed, storage space and the adjoining bathroom will give you all the peace and serenity to rest after a long day in the city.

Casa molto carina, pulita, in una zona piena di bei negozi e ristoranti. A 50 metri da casa c’è la metropolitana 12 e a 100 metri l’autobus per l’Opera da dove parte il bus che porta direttamente all’aeroporto Charles De Gaulle, senza dover prendere la metropolitana

Great location on quiet side street

Although the apartment was smaller than we anticipated, it was adequate for our stay. There were 3 of us. Loved the location. There was a great brassiere, boulangerie, and grocery store nearby. My only suggestion would to have had some recommendations from the owner/manager about local restaurants. The beds were super comfy.

I would not chose this apartment again. While it's in a great location, it's very small-basically one small room with a separate bedroom. The stairs to the apartment are narrow and there is no handrail. There is virtually no place to put your clothing or anywhere to put your personal items in the bathroom. Bed is comfortable but I cannot imagine having four people in this small space. Found another place after the first night that was more to my liking. On the plus side, communication with the property manager was easy and the bed was very comfortable.

There were so many things wrong with this property it's hard to start! First, it was advertised as a first floor flat with an elevator. In stead of an elevator, they had a spiral staircase that had no hand rail and very narrow steps. The apartment was also advertised as having a 'well-stocked kitchen'. Which translated into a 'barely stocked kitchen. When I asked about these two items, they said it was not advertised with the elevator -- which I then sent the ad to them to show it was. And, that the kitchen was more the bare necessities. The photos are not at all representative -- there is no living room space, and you can't really use the table for dining without pulling it into what little space was available in front of the kitchenette. The bathroom was dirty, the faucet in the kitchen sink swirled around, and overall the entire place was just not at all pleasant. It certainly wasn't the elegant apartment that they claimed it to be! It is in a great location, and the bed was not terrible. But, do yourself a favor and choose a different place. We left after 2 days. We couldn't stand it any longer than that!

Check in was awkward, and e-m instructions were late in coming. Stairs were a challenge, very narrow and no handrails. Unit was smaller than shown in listing and awkward to get around. Location was great, though and that's why we chose it.

Lovely Apartment in Paris

We loved our one bedroom apartment in Paris. Very clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The location was close to everything; restaurants, produce, coffee and pastry, transit system and attractions. Restaurant on corner, Le Saint Germain, was the best restaurant we found in Paris. We ate their 3 times; great food, service and value. The apartment was a little smaller than we thought but great value none the less. We also met the owner who was very nice and helpful.
