A stone's throw from Lake Parentis-en-Born, we offer a pleasant renovated Landes house that can accommodate up to 6 people, perfect for a weekend, a week or more with family or friends.
You are 5 minutes by bike from Lake Parentis, ideal for swimming, paddle boarding, boating... but also 13 minutes by bike from the city center with its restaurants, bars and Parentissoises parties! You are also 17km from Biscarrosse Plage to try your hand at surfing! The house consists of an entrance, a living room with TV and WIFI, three bedrooms with storage and 140 cm beds, a bathroom, a separate toilet for more comfort. A separate, fully equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee maker, oven, etc.) with an adjoining pantry. All baby equipment is at your disposal (bed, high chair, etc.) On the outside, a large fenced garden, at the back of the house you will find a pleasant terrace with awning, sun loungers and gas barbecue to enjoy your meals. A second terrace in front of the house is available for enjoying your cocktails! Several parking spaces are available within the property, a bicycle storage room with 5 bicycles is at your disposal.
