「Siamo tornati dopo qualche anno e abbia trovato una struttura decisamente cambiata. Servizio hotel sempre buono, camera pulita, parcheggio comodo, anche se la comunicazione non è stata all' altezza di un tempo, con richiesta di informazioni avvenuta via mail alla quale non ho ricevuto risposta, ho dovuto chiamare al telefono e mi ha risposto un messaggio registrato che diceva di comunicare via whatsapp, cosa strana e di sicuro non professionale. 「A very charming family-run hotel. The team is friendly and always does their best to meet guests' requests. Room, cleanliness, and breakfast were all good. The restaurant is truly excellent. 「The hotel was a few minutes walk from the S. Maria del Geglio station and also close to the San Marco square. So the location was very convenient for sightseeing. The staff were very friendly and they advised us the tips for enjoying the Venice. ヴァポレットの S.Maria del Giglio 駅からのアクセスをおすすめします。サン・マルコ広場からも近く、観光にとても便利な立地でした。スタッフの方もおすすめのグルメのお店や観光ルートを地図に書き込んでくれるなどとても親切でした。歯ブラシはないですが、スリッパがあったことがとても助かりました。」

「中心からは少し離れていますが、水上バスの駅降りてすぐで、目の前に公園も広がっていて小さい子供連れ家族には最高のロケーションでした。また、ホテルの方々もフレンドリーで優しくな、非常にリーズナブルだったので、またベネチア行く際には利用したいです。」
