"Our room was big and comfortable about 18m2 (6mx3m) and a bathroom about 5m2. Shared kitchen was clean. Room was clean.
I think there are 4-5 rooms total. There are 3 tables in shared outside area and this area was cosy and comfortable. There are lovely 3 cats in that share area.
Location is good close to different bays and beaches. About 20km to Cagliari. There are supermarkets very close (walkable) and a restourant very closeby (maybe 300 meters) There are no eggs in breakfast but you can...

"Soggiorno piacevole, per un 4 stelle mi aspettavo di più...in bagno non era presente il kit di benvenuto omaggio doccia(fortunatamente ho portato shampoo e balsamo)..inoltre non era presente un porta spazzolini e dentifricio...per il resto accettabile....bar e ristorante un po cari....pizza buona,menù ristorante da rivedere....un po povero come scelta...gli spaghetti con le vongole abbastanza scarsi ho contato 5-6 vongole esagerando...(22 euro)i calamari erano surgelati (20 euro). "The villa was lovely and the agent really helpful and easy to contact and responsive. The swimming pool though not big we loved the design of it and the garden was very private with lots of umbrellas for shade. They did not speak much English though and maybe written instructions about how things works and the recycling would have been easier than the rep trying to explain to us when he met us on our arrival."
