"We transferred to this house after being let down by another. The owner communicated well (in French) with us as we made the transfer. Throughout the visit the owners communicated with us to ensure pool maintenance etc was not intrusive. A required repair was dealt with speedily and efficiently. The house is large with large grounds in a rural setting. The pool was heated to 26 degrees and maintained by the owner. It was the focus of our visit with the children and grandchildren. "Nous avons passé un très bon week-end pour l’anniversaire de mon conjoint , entourés de notre famille proches et amis proches . Les deux gîtes sont grands et permettent d’avoir l’espace suffisant. Lits faits à l’arrivée est un véritable atout et gain de temps ! Il y a la vaisselle suffisante. Dany est très réceptif, bonne communication. "Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une météo excellente sur ce WE de l'ascension. Le terrain était pratiquement sec, il était possible de profiter des extérieurs, les enfants ont pu se baigner, aller à la pêche, jouer au baby foot... Un bémol sur la septième chambre difficile d'accès, sur le trampoline sans filet. Gite très agréable à vivre, propriétaires accueillants."

"Stayed at this amazing property my for one night with work colleagues before a work meeting in Fontainebleau. This is a private residence where the family and small staff serve you as if you are family visiting their home. The difference is the meals and the service are exquisite and your every whim is catered to; including a fire waiting for you outside the home ( … aka mansion) after dinner. Each room has its own private restroom and the decor takes you back in time as if you are visiting royalty. The estate is open to you for walks and cocktails on the patio. This is a must stay if you have the opportunity."

Hotel le Saint Aubin

"Really peaceful, lovely rooms and a warm welcome. Really good continental breakfast. There was even a kettle and decent teabags! This hotel is excellent value for money. Immaculately clean, lovely bathrooms. The rooms were spacious and comfortable - modern rooms but in keeping with the traditional rustic building. The hotel has an honesty bar where you can get a beer (but not much else) although there's no drinks or facilities to make bake a drink in the rooms. The village itself is very quiet - nothing to do apart from go for a walk. The next village along, Brulon, had a few more restaurants/cafes. We ate in the restaurant next to the hotel - worth booking ahead as it didn't look like they did walk-ins. The hotel booked us a table the day before we arrived. We would definitely stay here again and wish we'd stayed more than one night - if you're looking for a comfortable, peaceful overnight stopover, this hotel is perfect."

"Je séjourne régulièrement au Campanile de Sablé-sur-Sarthe dans le cadre de mes déplacements professionnels. L’accueil est toujours chaleureux, familial. Mention spéciale au personnel, toujours souriant, disponible et à l’écoute. C’est un point de chute fiable et agréable pour les voyageurs fréquents. Le restaurant sur place est une belle surprise : cuisine simple mais savoureuse, avec des buffets bien garnis. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié, parfait pour démarrer la journée."
