Wow our stay here was incredible! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Everyone in the hotel spoke English which was not expected but definitely a plus. The location was great, very close to metro. I forgot to book an extra day and they were expecting my room for someone else, they called me very politely to tell me my things were still there and helped me find a new room somewhere else because they were fully booked for the night. They even accommodated transportation offering various routes, helped me gather my items. The bartender Amelie was also so friendly and helpful during our stay, she got us a reservation to a restaurant that was fully booked. She gave us tips on places to visit and helped me figure out the metro (I had never used the metro before) all while serving delicious cocktails! I will definitely return to this hotel. 10/10 recommend!

Extremely nice and helpful gentleman at the reception who made me feel welcomed and looked after. The room was very quiet despite being in the center of a very busy crossroad.A very nice hotel,clean ,nice breakfast but uncomfortable pillows . Overall recommended .

Spacious location at a reasonable price. Decent dining options nearby. Liked the firmness of the sofa bed.

This hotel did not worth the money we paid.

Great location and beautiful building. However, rooms lack proper maintenance (coffee machine was replaced three times, broken phone and etc). Also feel like they didn’t have enough staff. Would hesitate to stay here again for the same price.
