A estrutura da pousada é muito boa, porém, a gestão reflete na sua nota. Chegamos na pousada e nao tinha ninguem para nos receber. Fomos informados de que a recepcionista teve problema de saúde e saiu mais cedo.Mas, so soube disso, porque tive que ligar para um número que nao atendia ligacao, mas atendeu o whatsapp. Pegamos quarto com banheira de hidromassagem que demora a encher de agua quente ( demora muito e desistimos de usar), o quarto nao estava bem limpo, com cabelos na cama e banheiro e areia pelo chão. Nao tinha copos. Alguns pontos de umidade. Nao tinha ninguém para orientar. Nos sentimos inseguros por estarmos sozinhos na pousada à meia luz. Já na manhã, com funcionários, o atendimento foi bom. Excelente café da manha. Contudo, a pousada tem potencial, mas precisa aprimorar a gestao, a limpeza e a comunicacao com os hospedes. Nao tem estacionamento. Carro fica na rua. Tem informacao de que ha uma pizzaria na propriedade e fomos direto para la para lrestigiar. Detalhe: estava fechada. Esta informacao nao consta no detalhanento da propriedade. Desejo que os proprietarios possam investir para melhorar a propriedade.

Hotel paraty calmo e com bom atendimento

O atendimento é muito bom, e o hotel é aconchegante e intimista. Há uma pizzaria dentro do hotel, o que é uma boa opção para o jantar. O café da manhã é bem servido. Embora não fique tão próximo da praia, a locomoção deve ser feita de carro. No entanto, o local é tranquilo e silencioso.

Eu e minha esposa levamos nosso cãozinho ficamos no quarto do hidromassagem. A estadia foi ótima, café da manha caprichado, funcionários educados, lugar tranquilo na rua para estacionar o carro. Único problema que tivemos foi após uma queda de luz repentina em toda cidade fez com que o ar condicionado ficasse apitando mas um funcionário veio e resolveu assim que entramos em contato e no dia seguinte já estava funcionando normalmente.

Tem bom custo benefício! Chalé uma gracinha, ótimo banheiro e chuveiro. A cama de casal fica no mezanino que não chega ar condicionado, então é quente. A pia da cozinha não tinha água. O café da manhã é sensacional. O que não gostei é que tem muitos gatos na pousada e para quem tem fobia é horrível. Não consegui aproveitar a parte externa dos quartos e a pizzaria.

Simplesmente apaixonada por essa pousada...a mais linda que já fui. Muitos detalhes que vc vê que foi feito com muito carinho ...quartos aconchegantes e muito limpos. Café de manhã maravilhoso, servido com muito charme no quarto. Piscina excelente, ainda conta com uma pizzaria dentro da pousada, onde a pizza é incrível. Cida e tbm a proprietária são maravilhosas, fazem questão de nos ajudar com tudo que precisamos. Localização próxima ao centro histórico, da pra ir caminhando tranquilamente. Com certeza recomendo.

Bonita, mas não tão boa

Lugar tranquilo, silencioso, bom pra descansar, todavia, o atendimento é precário, misto de humano e whatsapp, sem recepção, entrada e saída com senha no portão (que pode ser aberto facilmente através da grade). Ficamos uns minutos no Studio anil 13, 3 lances de escada e um calor insuportável, pedimos e descemos pro térreo, Studio 5, menos quente, mas ruim em ventilação. Café farto e saboroso, servido apto, nota 10, decoração colonial de bom gosto, piscina legal, pizzaria interna excelente. Pelo custo-benefício não voltaríamos. Sérgio nos ajudou o quanto pode.

Achei razoável a hospedagem. Apesar do jardim bonito e da pizzaria ser ótima, não há funcionários para te darem o suporte durante a hospedagem, não limpam o quarto diariamente que inclusive estava muito empoeirado. Apesar de ter mezanino meu filho não dormiu no mezanino porque estava sujo demais.

A pousada é bonita e parece ser aconchegante ao chegarmos. Porém, não há atendimento adequado, poucos funcionários. Café da manhã servido no próprio quarto de boa qualidade, porém repetitivo, não há mta oferta. Tirando o atendente Sérgio, a pousada deixa muito a desejar no atendimento. Por diversas vezes precisei de algum funcionário para resolver determinadas questões, não encontrava nenhum, nem na recepção.
