Great place to stay. Convenient walking distance to town. Beautifully clean, awesome shower and extremely comfortable bed. Also very quiet.

I enjoyed my stay, it was a nice peaceful area. I did get a little lost when I first arrived but found my way eventually.My only concern was the bed was a lopsided and my daughter got a sore back. All in all it was a very pleasant stay,nice and quiet very clean and welcoming, close to supermarket and shopping center. We will definitely stay again. Thanks for the little treats of chocolates such a nice gesture 👍

Only negative which didn't affect us was that the storage of kitchen items was very high. A short person would need a ladder or stool to get cups and cutlery off the shelf. Also the clothes hooks in the bathroom are high off the floor. Otherwise we found it a very pleasant accommodation.

TV Problems

All good, clean, comfortable and nice and quiet. Could not get TV going. Called owner who came and showed us how to start it. When it was going there numerous delays in transmission, The system needs to be sorted out.

Waikanae sleepout

Great communication, clean and tidy, cozy little sleepout, a little out of the hussle and bussle of the main shopping area and off the main roads. Short drive to the main road and main shopping centre and a bit further to the Pap beach area. Essentials met for a night or two stay.

We came here for Guns N Roses in Wellington, this was my first trip to Wellington. I found my Wellington trip stressful except for the rental part, it was easy to find the property and the owners were very polite and helpful, it was extremely clean and comfortable. I loved the way the towels for the shower were folded. Of all the places I have stayed at this is my number 1.

Quiet peaceful stay

I enjoyed my stay here - everything I needed was provided Good communication from manager Tucked away from main streets I would recommend and happy to stay again if I am ever down that way again.
