「👍👍👍👍」

「This place is incredibly dirty and unkempt, at least the room I stayed in. I reserved the room and checked in around midnight, because there were no other rooms available in the city. Upon entering this room, I was greeted by the sight of dead roaches on the floor, accompanied by a pungent smell. The furniture appeared to be in a state of disarray. 「A nice, clean, well staffed hotel/motel.」

「Jessica was very inviting and was a big help」

「Rooms were clean, Front desk was great, & great breakfast. 」

「Quick check-in and check-out with only drop a room key. Nice breakfast.」

「Unfortunately we had the fire alarm go off 3 times which was a result of a customer not complying with the rules. It was difficult for our daughter with health issues. It in no way reflected in the support and concern of the staff and excellent response of the Abilene fire department.」

「Do not book here. You will be disappointed! Amenities do not work. Had to use pliers to get the stovetop to work. No cable for two days. No hot water for two days. Washers in the laundry do not work. We had to go off site to wash clothes. Incorrectly charged for pets. Site says $85 per dog per week. It’s $200 per dog per week. Suspicious charges & rate changes on our card.」
