「The owner responded quickly when an email was sent. It was a short walk to downtown and great shopping. Building was well maintained. It is on the corner of an intersection, on the weekend it did get a bit noisy with people leaving the bars and being loud.」

「This property was amazing! Once you get up the external stairs and then the internal staircase you are left with everything you need for a short term stay. Beds and living room furniture are comfortable, kitchen adequately stocked, plenty of storage, lots of extra towels and very clean.Be ready to make many 180 degree turns into this home's driveway on the end of a busy street, but just take your time. 「We were met at the property by Bob the host and he spent a lot of time with us showing us around and explaining what was available locally. Very helpful and much appreciated. 「We were here for a family event. The location was great. Close to shops and park. Hosts were responsive and helpful with a suite question.」

「This was an excellent choice for our visit to St John’s. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and has a magnificent view of the harbour. Kathie, our host was available and very helpful in getting us settled. Provided you can handle the stairs up to the apartment this is an excellent place to stay in St John’s. 」
