「The host never sent the address to the location, left me stranded the day after Christmas Day.」

「This was the perfect place for our party of 6. Walking distance to the store and the host was very accommodating. They even brought us fresh mangos. Super sweet!」

「Property manager canceled 4 hrs prior to stay. No warning or notice 」

「The conditions were terrible i had to find other accommodation.」

「Very nice place and is in walking distance to the food store」

「We loved our stay at Ridgewood Courts because it was close to everything. The airport, grocery store, night life and the beach.」

「1 million stars ... that should say enough ... go ahead and book. You will not be disappointed ... Townhouse immaculate Hospitality amazing Close to all major food stores, fast food chains and beaches ...」

「Todo muy bien. Tener en cuenta que la mayoría de las playas en nassau son privadas, por lo cual hay que buscar algún tramo de playa publica. Desde la casa hay un camino a unas 5 cuadras de la entrada publica. Casa muy cómoda. Buena anfitriona.」

「Great host great accommodation! Just need someplace to crashed in after 32.hours flight before heading home to out island.」

「It was a nice sized house. All of the rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen was a good size, and the separate dining room sat six people comfortably with room to spare. Air conditioning worked well and had separate controls by room. There was a pleasant gated front yard with a few chairs and a covered porch. Some of the property needed repairs, such as the bathtub in the master bedroom, but there was a good shower so that wasn't really an issue. The host was very responsive to...

「The condo was very clean and spacious, me and my daughter enjoyed our stay. The airport was very close which was a good thing! It’s good to rent a car if you want to get around cuz a lot of stuff was driving distance, the beach is 3 min walking distance. I will definitely stay again in the future. Dominic was a great host made sure I was good for stay, thank you again.」

「Gracious host. Clean place.」

「The rooms were clean and well equipped with towels, blankets and other miscellaneous items such as an iron and toiletries. Kitchen was also equipped with cooking essentials. We did purchase additional supplies such as paper towels, dish soap and toilet paper. If you need a rental car, inquire with host as she may be able to connect you with local services. Overall a good stay, we enjoyed the location, it was walking distance to restaurants and the ocean. The house was a good size for a group of...

「There is NOT a private pool. The pool is shared with another rental property. Host does not provide check in Information or confirm booking until 4:00 on check in day. VRBO escalation team provided information in response to my complaint, but the host provided VRBO with the wrong gate code and door code. Texts went unanswered. Coffee filter holders in 2 coffee makers were filled with moldy, previously used grounds, missing bedding, sheets, blankets, air conditioner in queen bedroom doesn't...

「Great location. Close to the beach and restaurants. The house was perfect for 6 staying for a night before traveling to Exuma.」

「Property was a little difficult to find first time, but got there in the end. Views are amazing and worth the trip alone. Villa is a lite tired in places and needs some attention. Hosts were amazing (especially Syd) and sorted everything for us. Would give it a 4 star rating, but only because of the tiredness of the villa, otherwise stunning.」

「The photos do not accurately represent this property. The pool is cold, the backyard is in rough shape. The appliances in the kitchen are pretty bad. So much so, that we bought a new toaster and wine bottle opener. All the buttons on the dishwasher are shot. The bedding was comfortable and soft. There is no cable tv. The air conditioning works very well. Pots and pans were pretty cheap and not very clean. The location is pretty good. As long as know walking in that this is nothing special. The...
