Parking available in the rear of the house.
This house is located off of Hwy 30 which sees significant traffic. To reduce noise from the road, we have installed a privacy fence as a sound barrier and equipped bedrooms with sound machines.
Quiet hours are between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
No parties or events.
Alcohol consumption is allowed on the property in moderation.
No drugs or illegal substances of any kind, including marijuana.
No inappropriate, lewd, or provocative behavior.
Smoking is allowed outside only. No smoking in the home. If a guest violates this policy, a $400 cleaning fee will be assessed.
