Boasting 5 generous bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge, the property comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests. Designed with gatherings in mind, the home features a large open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area, ideal for hosting and relaxing. Additional conveniences include a laundry and bathroom downstairs and a private en-suite in the main bedroom upstairs. Stay connected with free high-speed Wi-Fi and unwind with a wide selection of Netflix channels on the large-screen TV in the lounge.

Upstairs Retreat with Beachfront Views… The upstairs main bedroom is a haven of comfort, equipped with a queen-size memory foam mattress, an 81 cm LCD TV, and a spacious walk-in robe. Double doors lead to a large private balcony, where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun, relax with a book, or savour an evening meal while soaking in the sounds of the sea and the local birdlife.

Outdoor Bliss… The property’s outdoor spaces are perfect for making the most of the coastal lifestyle. Relax by the BBQ in the alfresco dining area, play games on the expansive lawn, or simply take in the tranquil surroundings. For your furry friends, there’s a separate fenced area with a kennel, ensuring their comfort and security.

Beachside Adventures… Just a short stroll from the house, prepare to be captivated by the breathtaking beauty and expansive tranquillity of the beach, locally known as “Wild Dog Shore”. The name “Wild Dog Shore” carries a touch of local history, believed to have originated from fishermen long ago. While some maps may place the name near Lake Wellington, this stretch of shoreline remains an enchanting and serene escape, promising natural wonders and a true connection to the sea.

Its unspoiled beauty is perfect for long beach walks, shell collecting, and beachcombing. Keep an eye out for dolphins, whales, and abundant seabirds along the shoreline. With plenty of spots for fishing, try your luck catching flathead, whiting, salmon, snapper, and more. This stretch of the renowned 90 Mile Beach feels almost private, thanks to the few visitors it sees.

lovely get away

Its a great spot, nice 2 1/2 hour drive from Melbourne. Quiet with a path to the beach just 10 metres from the house. We enjoyed a few nights of beach and calm!

Paradise it is!!

Fantastic house with everything you need for an awesome holiday. Beautiful native bush garden which attracts birds and green grass for the kangaroos. Short walk to the beach where there is good fishing. Best of all it is so quiet. Thanks Greg, we just love your house and look forward to our next stay.

A touch of paradise

The property was perfect and such a great location. The beach is across the road and my partner loves to fish and caught salmon and flathead while I relaxed on the sand. We also had a visit from a koala and her cub and a kangaroo in the back yard. We have stayed here many times and just love it

This place totally lives up to its name Paradise. There is nowhere else you can walk out your front door and within a couple of minutes your sitting on the golden sand watching the surf or trying your luck fishing as my partner does and catching fresh salmon and flathead for tea. We love this place and stay here often the hardest part is leaving

Pleasant property to stay at. Only disappointment was that WE didn’t read the fine print about there was no linen or towels provided. So we had to sleep at another house on night 1 then drive to sale to buy linen and towels that we didn’t need, our mistake and made the start of our stay terrible so beware and don’t make the mistake we made.

Great house in a very secluded place

We really liked the place. It suited our needs in just about every way. The only thing that was not 100 percent was that there was virtually no phone service…one had to go outside to get a line…and the internet was patchy, sometimes OK and sometimes none at all. Great access to the 90 mile beach, so plenty of things to do. Blue jellyfish washed up on the beach, so maybe not good swimming. The weather did not help…rained all day Saturday…but there were games supplied that kept us entertained.

A great place to unwind & relax

We loved our stay at Paradise on the Boulevard. Practically everything that you could possibly require for a holiday was provided, including a water bowl for the dogs & a baby gate to keep them off the carpeted area. I understand why linen is not supplied when you rely on tank water for everything, but having to provide our own bedding, more than doubled our luggage, (tricky in a small car with 2 dogs). Yet, the kitchen was well stocked to cover all needs, as was the rest of the house - inside & out. Best of all, being able to walk out the front gate, cross the road & down the track to the beach more than compensates for any other short comings. Thankyou for a perfect place to make my farewells to a departing friend

Beach Front and Dog Friendly

Myself, my 3 kids and our dog thought this place was excellent. Great value for money. No lie about the distance from the beach, we all happily walked back soaking wet in just a few minutes, could wash off our feet with the outside tap, use 2 showers at a time with no water pressure problems. Plenty of room downstairs, barely needed to use upstairs. Kitchen was great, I forgot teabags, but there was a whole range in the cupboard, 2 fridges - both new. Beds really comfy. Paradise Beach is stunning, no one there! Golden Beach store has loads of essentials and hot pies. I'm going to regret posting this as it should be a secret, even supplied the bug spray and zappers. Midweek magic

What a wonderful surprise to find this gem. The description is exactly what you get, no exaggerated photos or descriptions - this house is ideal for a family or group getaway. Well appointed kitchen with a comfortable couch and beds, the fans and air conditioning all work to make the house pleasant. All windows can be opened and have screens to keep the bugs out. The only issue the the water pressure in the upstairs ensuite is low. A soft indoor broom would be useful also. The yard is well maintained and great for pets to stay secured. The fire pit is terrific, but make sure you bring your own wood. The only suggestion is that the area behind the ‘shack’ needs to be cleared or access restricted to ensure the safety of any children playing in the area. Check in is easy, instructions are clear and promptly sent. Wi-Fi is good and password easily found on the fridge. Access to the beach is close and a relatively easy walk. We had a lovely time, quiet neighbourhood and will readily recommend this location. Hope to stay here again soon. Thank you Natasha

We had a good weekend away our dog loved the beach. However this part of the ninety mile beach has significant erosion and even at low tide not much shoreline to walk along. Additionally my partner has arthritis in the knee and found the path to the beach opposite the house difficult particularly the drop to the beach and getting back up a drama. The house was okay and warmed up quickly with aircon. We had to stay in the bottom half of house as no dogs were allowed upstairs as outlined in the description and this part of the house is quite dark. The facilities bathroom kitchen were good. overall would recommend to a younger couple.

Great family getaway

Amazing property with a chefs kitchen. Everything is easy access. This place seats many with the biggest sofa ever. Lots of room for a huge family. We did not have cell service but the internet works really well. The beach access is right across the street , you hear the waves from the house. I like the heated towel rails , its a comfortable place. We will be back!!!!

Functional Beach Bliss

Very impressed with this property. My husband and I stay at Paradise Beach/Golden Beach every year and this property is marked in our books as the best! So clean on arrival, great functionality to sit back relax, let the dogs run around outside, amazing kitchen that you can adequately cook in. Access to the beach just a short walk across the road. We really enjoyed our stay here - the house was well presented, well stocked & well maintained. It was so calming being able to listen to the ocean & it was an easy walk to get there. It is rugged coastline & we only went paddling in the water.Handy little supermarket nearby which was a lot better stocked than we expected. It also had limited take away of you needed it.Our host was easy to contact & quick to respond. We had a great stay here - thanks
