「Perfect get away!」

「Very clean and well stocked home. An exceptionally peaceful and quiet location. A perfect sunset view. Comfortable beds and main level seating.」

「Great place, right on a river, nice outdoor chairs and swing to hang out. Inside feels quite upscale -- good appliances, nice finishes, comfortable layout. Outside there is a cow, ducks, and goats. Only issues were very low water pressure and bad tasting water from the tap. Otherwise highly recommended.」

「Cody was the best host and responded immediately to all of our messages. The cabin was quiet and private with the exception of a bear who visited daily, hundreds of beautiful hummingbirds who came right up to us on the deck, a shy fox who snuck through the property, gorgeous views and a relaxing hot tub. Overall loved it and you just won't find a nicer and more attentive host!!」

「The property was good! Right by the Colorado river; nice if you want to sit and read outside. The only commentary I have is that the place has one window a/c unit, so it takes a while to cool down if the door is opened and closed a lot.」
