"Beautiful location right on Sand Pond! Plenty of room for two couples. The gas fire pit on the large deck overlooking the lake was a wonderful way to end each night. Great views of the pond from the large dock area. We kayaked around the entire pond and loved seeing and listening to the loons. A cute gem!"

"Roman was very responsive. The check-in was very easy. Home was very beautiful and had a binder with helpful information. The home had plenty of space to accommodate everyone as stated. The deck had a nice seating area. No air conditioning however most bedrooms ( but 1)had ceiling fans. They also had 2 floor fans as well so this was not an issue. The home was very well equipped with supplies. I would recommend putting in a screen door for the slider door that goes out onto the deck and to fix the door handle to that door(was like that prior to our arrival). The only other thing we hadn’t been aware of was the lake bottom was quite mucky and you couldn’t walk into the lake and you would sink past your ankles. No fault of the owners however. Bring water shoes. They offered a kayak, rowboat, floats. Amazing home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Check out was easy as well. "

"I have been renting houses on lakes in Maine for over 30 years. This house feels like a true home, rather than a camp. The beds are comfortable, the furniture is plentiful and comfortable, and the kitchen is better stocked than most year-round kitchens. Having a truly comfortable mattress on vacation is a rare and glorious experience! It was easy to cook all kinds of meals, given that there is abundance of pots, serving dishes, and utensils. The very private master is on the first floor, and the two other bedrooms and full bath are on second floor, giving guests a lot of privacy. Having guests was easy given the setup.The owner is very responsive and communicative. We got answers to questions immediately and action was taken quickly when lightening knocked out the internet service.The pond is beautiful, and does not have any public access, so there are not a lot of boats out. We made use of the canoe and two kayaks, and spent a lot of time sitting on the dock. The one thing to be aware of is there is a summer camp across the pond from the dock. On the few really hot days, there were many kids on the water, either in various boats or swimming.I highly recommend making a reservation for the small plates or multi-course dinner at the Waterford Inne. The setting is magical, food delicious, owners lovely, and it is right up the street from the house."

"This place was really nice. The home was so well designed, with 4 bedrms and 2 baths in such a small footprint but it worked really great. No complaints. Great lake with nice clean water. 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks made for lots of fun on the water. We would definitely stay again. Thanks !!"

"Very nice , spacious.excellent kitchen annd anpplliances ,and dock with kayaks and paddle board! Beds were good but realistically only sleeps nine. Air conditioning was greatly appreciated!"
