"Everything was very modern and clean. It would be nice if there was a kitchen sink or basin in which to wash our dishes. A simple coffee machine would work better than a Keurig machine as there was only one pod per day and we enjoy a few cups of coffee throughout the day. A few extra utensils would also be handy as we like to cook our meals."

"I loved the location of this vacation home. Updates from the photos as far as the kitchen is that the fridge is bigger and outside on the porch along with the induction cooktop. The grill was in great working condition. I really enjoyed cooking and eating outside on the porch. The view is spectacular. Jim was an amazing host and took the time to walk me around. I will be booking with Jim and Kim again."

They made suggestions as to sights to see and good places to eat, going so far as to even picking up a meal for us. There was plenty of room at this location for all of our family and each member had their own room. Out grand children greatly enjoyed the animal life both domestic and wild. "Hannah and Tanner have a great place down a deadend, 1 lane road, in a beautiful and intimate neighborhood. The room is great, wood floors, cathedral ceiling, tiled bathroom, a/c, TV, etc. They are less than a mile from downtown Hilo. Don't be shy on asking them for advice on what's happening in the area - great communicators. Awesome place to call your base on the Hilo side."
