「The property was charming and the room was nice. I never saw any staff. Rather like a “Waymo” hotel experience.,I was informed that there would be fresh brewed coffee available at 8:00 AM on Sat AM but no mention of any breakfast either morning. It confused me as the property is advertised as a Bed & Breakfast. It would also be nice to have more than a sliver of soap for the shower. "The location was convenient for visiting Kansas City Stadium, and it was also easy to get to the hotel from the airport thanks to the free shuttle bus that stops nearby. As you would expect from a Marriott, the hotel was nice overall. Although I didn't dine there, the restaurant looked inviting, and having a Starbucks in the lobby was a nice touch. It was a comfortable place to relax. My biggest disappointment was that I was given a different room type from the one I had booked. There was no explanation or apology from the front desk, which left me with a poor impression of the service. Overall, the hotel itself was good, but because of the room issue and the way it was handled, I don't think I would choose to stay here again."
