「I’m」

「Property was exactly as described and checki-in/out process was a breeze. Host was very responsive in communication. Would definitely stay here again!」

「Travelers beware. Do not let these marketing pictures fool you. This complex must be some type of long term housing. Craters in the parking lot, front porch stoops covered in trash, automotive mechanical work going on out front and people smoking cigarettes out front with their dogs watching your every move, extremely unsettling. I had no idea the room was on the interior of the building, because emails were supposedly being sent to me I couldn't retrieve and after driving around in circles,...

「Perfect space and close to everything I needed to be close to in Overland Park.」

「Worked out great…」

「Electric stove heated up quickly when needed, helped keep things easy.」

「Excellent host and response time was wonderful. The unit is spacious with a nice closet area off the bedroom. It is in a nice area, not far from many restaurants, convenience stores, and a mall. We really enjoyed the location and appreciate our host for his hospitality and assistance as needed.」

「We had a very pleasant stay. Condo was clean and was located in a great neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.」

「The apartment, itself, was clean. The facility (hallways, stairs, elevator, entrance, etc.) could use a lot of work. Lights in the north stairwell need addressed,as well.」

「Great for solo travelling. Close to everything.」

「There was no light at the entrance to the unit although other units were lighted. To arrive after 5:00 as required meant that we arrived for the first time to a dark door. The clothes washer shown in the host photos had a sign saying OUT OF ORDER ..NOT FOR USE. The tissue holder at the toilet and the shower soap dish were torn from the wall. The hot water at the lavatory had almost no pressure although the cold water did .. the one chair in the main room was impossible to sit in comfortably. 」
