"Bed was dirty no food in the morning or anything "

"The rooms are ok. We just had a bad experience. The first room the bed was not made and looked as if someone had just gotten up from bed and the room was dirty. When the nice gentlemen switched us room, the second room the shower had no curtain. It was late so I proceeded to take a shower and when I reach out for the towel the first one was soiled and had long strands of hair on it. I reach for a second one and I clean my face and then I find some white gunk stuck to the towel. I will add that the towel was very thin and was also coming apart. I did go downstairs and the gentleman replaced the towels and provided a shower curtain for me to hang. Breaksfast was great and the kitchen man was really attentive and nice . Unfortunately I’d be scared to try it again and waste my money on a bad experience "

"We did not have a trash can, asked 3 times and finally got one our last night. Pool and hot tub not working. This was not communicated. I would have stayed somewhere cheaper if I had known… no discount offered. Asked for more towels and had to go seek them out because they weren’t given to us. I had to park in the back and found out the pool ( the only door in the back) wouldn’t open. I had to walk around the side. The area was unlit and dark. My concern is not for me but my mom or other more vulnerable people who may have to get in that way. Most of the staff was very nice. You just didn’t have it together. "

"Breakfast was not bad but i think the lady at the night desk during check in may have been pulling my leg when i asked how the Breakfast was she said its ok but on the weekends the Mexican lady makes beans and tortillas didnt see none of.that during the weekend. I domt know if she was beimg serious or just just saying that because i was Hispanic but other then that the room was clean. Wish the pool had the heater working "
