"The staff was very friendly. Shoutout to Rosy and David, you guys were great people. The property was very clean and had everything that is on the description. So nothing to complain on that. The only thing that maybe can be improved is that the doors from the bathroom and the entrance were hard to close. "Beautiful new hotel, in a great location that was very clean and quiet. The reception staff were very helpful. I would recommend this hotel. The only thing that would have made it better was if they offered coffee in the morning. "

"No ac and front desk staff were terrible about opening the parking gate when you leave and enter. Would have us waiting at the gate for minutes even after honking. Would recommend upgrading to an automatic system "

"My son and I have stayed here twice. Both times the service was great, housekeeping wonderful. Having the bedroom separate from the kitchen/dining/living areas was great. A 24hr convenience store (OXXO) was just outside the front door, and a large grocery store was four blocks away. Overall, a great place to stay."

"The hotel has been nicely remodeled since my last stay there about 9 months ago. Very nice enhancements without losing its charm. There now an Italian restaurant on the premises which upgrades the dining options without leaving the hotel. This is my favorite place to stay when I go to Puebla very year"

"Planned a staycation in Puebla, wanting to go out and enjoy the downtown for a night. Hotel Diana was the perfect choice for my evening. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The check-in was quick and easy. The location is great for anyone wanting to experience the center of Puebla. It's a beautiful old historic antique building that has been remodeled to a very comfortable almost boutique-like hotel. A lot of the architecture from centuries ago is still used in the building. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. And I will probably be staying there again myself at some point."

"Lovely hotel in a great area just a few blocks from Zocolo plaza. Staff couldn't have been friendlier and not accommodating. Large room with plenty of space for the three of us. Mexican Harvest restaurant in the hotel was good as well and definitely have a meal at the Santóua Gastrobar a block away."
