"Location was nice. Booked a king bed but didn’t have any available."

"We stayed in the handicap room for 3 nights. It appeared to be recently refreshed, There was a huge TV on the wall. Chair and ottoman need replacing. I don't think cleaning it at this point would help. There seem to be a lot of contractors that stay there during the week so that may explain the dirty chair. The bed was very comfortable and pillows seemed new. All linen and towels were clean. Nice thick towels. Very water pressure in shower and hot water. There is no cabinet with the sink to set...

"Communication was a problem. When checking in the clerk gave us a key to a room and we opened the door and it was already occupied. Next, he gave us a key for a room on the second floor with 2 queen beds and no working fridge (also, the beds were made up with the sheet on the outside of the bed on top of the blanket, with no spread on top stranger.) "the staff was quite rude. the first room we got unpacked and had to move to another room because the a/c wasn't working. we had 2 baseball teams with parents and grandparents staying there. my daughter and grandson had mold in the ceiling of their bathroom. one of the workers said there were a quite of few rooms that were not even rentable because of lack of maintenance. we had a few up to maybe a half dozen who checked out and moved to another hotel. we were there for 3 nights. the...
