I requested a non-smoking room but the front desk staff insisted that I requested a smoking room so she gave me a smoking room. I showed her from my reservation that I requested non-smoking room but she was unable to give me a non-smoking room. She gave me a “flexible” room where smoking is optional (basically a smoking room then??!!) and the room smelled cigarette. Pool was very nice, breakfast was good, there are a lot of attractions nearby.

A hotel that actually fits its five star rating. Excellent quality accommodation, rooms and common areas. Can select from a wide range of breakfast buffet options. Most noticeable was the excellent customer service, prompt responses to requests and amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely look to stay again.

Cool, nice, clean, and budget friendly and of course, best location, not to mention awesome rooftop bar and restaurant. I have so much respect for the management of this hotel, and for sure i would be back.
