We were pleasantly surprised by this place. It is well located to access Bryce National Park. There is a good restaurant nearby and the room was very comfortable.

It was a convenient location near Byrce Canyon. The property was a bit outdated. There were many cigarette butts outside my cabin. The bathroom counter was wood slats and they were dirty.

Pretty good and clean for the price. Minor issues with Shower rod was loose. No luggage rack. Hot water did not last long. I would stay again.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming, making the stay smooth from check-in to check-out. The rooms were quite affordable and offered great value for the price. Rooms were clean and well-equipped with good AC, a mini fridge, and a microwave. The bathrooms were also clean and well-maintained. The location is very convenient—right next to Red Canyon and with easy access to Bryce Canyon National Park, making it a great base for exploring the area. Overall, a comfortable, budget-friendly stay with everything you need.

Great place to stay near Bryce Canyon. Quiet and calm for families. My kids love the place. Just make sure to carry or have food from outside as no cooking allowed inside. Micro oven and fridge is available. Checkin will be in hotel building office next to cabins. Parking available in front of each cabin. Little less food options near by so just plan for it before hand. Overall a great place to experience.

The cabins are right outside of Red Canyon which is absolutely beautiful. The cabins were clean and it was nice to stay in a place that isn't connected to other rooms. I liked the porch with a bench and being able to park directly in front of the cabin. The only complaints I have was that the water came out in spurts, but the water was clean and quickly turned hot and cold. The beds were pretty stiff, but clean. Our cabin wasn't ready when we got there well after 3 pm, but luckily we had stuff to do. Overall, this place wasn't bad and we'd stay here again.

Room was adequate, needs serious updating. Staff was friendly. Dirty diaper outside room in bucket filled with cigarette butts wa a true turn off. Shower head was perfect height for a child, not a 6’2” man.

The floors were uneven and leaning downhill, and the beds were 3 inch difference in levelness from one to the other. It was very antiquated and wore out.

The room was dusty and clearly not well maintained or properly cleaned. I even noticed a few spiders, which made the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the poor soundproofing allowed wind noise to come through, making it difficult to get any sleep. Overall, it was not worth staying here.
