"We had the best stay at Hennan Prime with excellent service from all staff from airport pick up to the hotel and vice versa. The location is a good stroll to the main beach center which allowed us to view and enjoy the white sandy beach. Food options at breakfast were excellent. We tried their nachos in one of our dinners and was far better than the Nachos at Tres Amigos that claims to be Mexican restaurant. Overall, it was an excellent stay and top-notch service. We highly recommend!"

"The “wood” flooring around the pool needs to be nailed down. I saw someone trip over the plank that’s sticking and almost hit his head on the chair. "

"Hotel is well-maintained with friendly staff. Breakfast is wonderful, with options changing everyday. It is right on the beach and the pools are amazing. Especially the Skypool with an infinity pool that overlooks the beach and the sea, not to mention that there is a bar in the pool that you can swim to."
