Sprained knee vacation

Sprained knee, couldn't get to the beach, couldn't get in the water because of the passing hurricane but i didn't have to work. Good time until i had to pay$20. For each wrist band not returned thinking they were souvenirs like W.W.J.D. but thanks to Adam i only had to pay for 2 wrist bands. Great view great location good vibes 👌 stay blessed 🙏

Ok visit

Ocean had two red flags all the vacation! That means you could not go in the surf! They were giving 500$ tickets! What a bummer to drive to the beach and can’t go in the surf the whole seven days! Yes they gave ticket’s although we didn’t get any we seen it! Even the ocean is owned by the county i guess. Oh yea you also need a license to fish in the ocean to. Everything has to be commercialized to make money!

Beautiful Condo

We really enjoyed our stay here. There is a short walk out to the water (just a small stretch of natural grasses to go through) and I really liked that two beach loungers and an umbrella were included with the unit. The pools are both nice, but there are only 4 chairs for the indoor pool. I appreciated having assigned parking, but the parking garage was the smallest and funkiest that I have ever seen. Our minivan couldn’t make the turns in the garage without backing up. The cleaning service must turn & burn the units because ours was not very clean. There was sand all over the floors & dining room table and trash under the beds in the second bedroom. There was a lot of road noise in the evenings because people were cruising up and down Front Beach Road until the wee hours, so bring a white noise machine if you’re a light sleeper! Overall, I would stay here again and I’d definitely book with Greta’s Beach Rentals again! They are super responsive (the cleaning service forgot to leave us kitchen towels & a kitchen washcloth, and Riley at Greta’s had them brought to us right away) and very nice. We had a great trip and the weather was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

Great place!

We had a great time! My boys actually complimented me on booking this place! The unit is nice and clean- looks like updates are being done (no red couch). PROS: Close to many things. -Loved the beach service being included. -There’s a box fan!!! -great balcony furniture -5th floor parking spot is convenient to 7th floor room CONS (but not deal breakers): - no blow dryer - not a lot of food (pantry) storage place -parking garage is tricky- turns are hard in a medium to large SUV.

Nice condo, great view

Loved the large balcony. So many times these beach condos have great views but tiny balconies. This was a selling point for us as went we weren’t on the beach, we were on the balcony. Why go to the beach to stay in? The beds were comfy. The boogie boards, beach chairs and beach toys were a bonus.

Lovely & comfortable condo

Your family will have all you need for an enjoyable stay in this unit. Everything you need for cooking meals. Very comfy beds. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants & chair service for beach time. Our family enjoyed the beach decor in the unit (the red couch has been replaced with a teal one) and felt right at home. This was our first trip to PCB so we weren’t prepared for the busy strip right outside the building. However, we heard no outside noise once inside this unit and the complex was very quiet. Very nice choice for our family!

Review of Tropic Winds 1903

We were the first renters in this condo.. Like new woodwork and doors, new flooring in some rooms, new and very comfortable balcony furniture. You will be very satisfied with this well taken care of condo. Supplied with everything necessary and more. Even a crockpot that we used many times. We loved how nicely the condo was decorated with wildlife theme. Very comfortable beds with brand new linens and bedding. You will be most pleased staying here. We would definitely return to this condo.

Great condo and amenities!

Good choice and would come back. I left a 10 ft cell phone charger (brand new) that housekeeping would most likely think belonged to the unit. It would have been in the Master BR or den area. If they could check at some point and hopefully find it that would be great! I could make arrangements to pick up as we’ll be back in the area in a couple weeks. Thanks so much.
