Love Long Beach - this unit is great overlooks pool

well stocked 3br condo, beds comfy, had everything we needed, nice balcony furniture, loved 3rd bedroom overlooking lagoon pool with private balcony, all 3 bedrooms had large garden tub and double vanities

We had a fabulous time!

This was a yearly family vacation for us. 6 adults and 3 younger children. The room was beautiful and the views were amazing!!! The only issue we had was that the towels in one of the bedrooms seem crunchy almost like they didn't get washed from the last people. Also one pillowcase on one of the king beds had a pretty decent size drool stain. So we do not believe that was washed either. We brought detergent and washed it all and it wasn't a big deal to us. Everything else was super clean. We absolutely love Panama City, but this particular hotel and the one next to it is definitely party central! It might have just been the time of year (graduations, etc) but we did have to call security a couple of times to people around us playing extremely loud music on their balcony's. We try not to complain but it was so loud it was almost like they were in the rooms with us and we just couldn't sleep. This place has awesome pools and beach access is so easy to get to. We really did love staying here! Only a few minor complaints that are outside of the owners control. Great communication with them throughout the stay. Thank you!

Family Vacation

This condo was exactly as described. Would highly recomend this unit. It was clean and very spacious for our group. Wonderful view!! View over lagoon pool was great too! The condo owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The only issue we had was with the tv in the bedroom and they answered my email immediately and took care of the issue immediately. One of the cleaneat condos i have stayed in at long beach. I will definitely stay here again:)

Great place with great views

This place was better than we thought, each room had a wonderful view and balcony to enjoy your coffee or evening drink. It was plenty of space for 4 adults and 5 kids. During our visit the keurig broke and I msged the property manager within an hour we had someone deliver a new keurig. That was pretty impressive. We really enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella provided when booking this condo.

Long Beach the perfect place

I love staying at Long Beach Resort. Tower 2- Room 606 was beautifully appointed and accommodated our group nicely. The views from the 6 floors were amazing.

Amazing Condo

This was our second time at Long Beach and we absolutely loved our stay. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. Plenty of room for our family of nine. This by far has been our favorite condo. The furniture was beautiful and sturdy. The views were amazing and Kim was so easy to work with. Our only complaint for the entire trip would be we wish the large lagoon style pool was heated because it’s quite cold especially for the toddlers. But we made home in the heated ones and had a blast. We will be back!

Condo was clean and just as expected. Everything we needed in the kitchen for meals. Pool was fantastic! Having 2 beach chairs included in price was awesome. We had a fantastic week and will be back!

Best condo and location EVER!!!!

This property was immaculate and perfect. There was plenty of parking and the staff that worked the gate was wonderful!!! I have stayed at this location before and it is m favorite place to stay in PCB!!!!! Kim's condos is totally awesome and very accommodating and available to us if we needed them.

Great condo

Condo was great! We’ve stayed at Long Beach Resort several times and this is one of the best condos we’ve stayed in. It was exactly as described. Had extra bath towels, linens & pillows plus beach chairs & umbrellas. Would definitely use Kim’s condos again.

Just Right

Everything looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and had everything we needed. There were plenty blankets and pillows. The kitchen had everything you need to cook. Would definitely recommend this as a vacation spot.

Summer Vacation 2021

We WILL be back!

We are so pleased with our stay and had such a wonderful experience at this condo! Our whole family loved it, and we appreciate how comfortable and clean everything was. Only a few small critiques: 1) the dishwasher didn’t clean well so we handwashed, 2) the show curtain in the bedroom with the small walkout balcony had a moldy shower liner, 3) the TV channels were terrible for kids, haha. No nickjr, no Disney jr, no Cartoon Network, etc. 4) the elevators had some issues and stopped working a few times, so walking up 6 flights of stairs holding a baby and a ton of beach stuff almost killed us hahah— we realize this is out of your control but as an FYI. Overall, we absolutely will be back to this condo and we LOVED our stay. It was fantastic and we had so much fun. Excellent location and the condo was very well maintained and super clean and nice!! I loved getting to decide our own room passcode— very cool added feature! Thanks Kim!!!

Excellent Condo

This Condo is amazing! The view from every room is of the ocean and it is gorgeous!! The condo is so relaxing and nicely decorated. There was plenty of of room for us to spread out as the condo is very large. Our stay was awesome and we certainly will be returning.

Absolutely Perfect!

Could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. We had 10 people and still plenty of room. Rarely had to use the car as Walmart is near for groceries and there are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Everything was clean and neat. Plenty of bedding and towels. Kitchen was fully furnished, except for groceries, of course. We rented during spring break and evenings / late night were quiet until the last night, which our neighbors got a little rowdy; but you take that risk everywhere you go. Would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely rent again if our travels lead us there.
