This property clearly used to be a great place, but it’s not being maintained at the level it should be. The plumbing is a major issue: the toilets back up, and two of the showers don’t drain properly. Within a minute of turning the water on, you’re standing in several inches of water that just sits there.The patio door has a noticeable gap that lets cold air escape, which makes the space drafty and uncomfortable. The bunk bed setup is also problematic. It’s designed as a triple bunk, but there’s realistically only room for two, making the area extremely tight. Only one of the bunks has a safety rail installed — the other rail is stored in the closet.Some renovations have clearly been started, but the work feels incomplete, and the property really shouldn’t be rented out until those updates are fully finished. The spiral staircase is another hazard; the steps jut out, making it very easy to bump into them as you walk by.Overall, there’s potential here, but the current condition makes the stay far less comfortable than it should be. The price is adjusted for the lack of completion. You get what you pay for.
