Sunbird is continuously improving! Scaffolding may be present at the back of the building during your stay. While improvements are happening, access to your sliding glass door may be restricted.

LIVING AREA

Relax and put your feet up; after all, you're at the beach! Fall back into one of the two recliners and watch your favorite movie on the flat-screen smart TV with streaming options. The couch features seating for an additional three people and also pulls out to a queen-size sleeper sofa. You'll love the open living area for quality family time whether you're playing cards at the pub table with seating for four, or having a quick bite to eat before heading out to the beach.

KITCHEN

Whether you plan to cook up a meal or just brew your morning coffee, this cozy kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities you'll need. The kitchen features a full suite of new appliances and all the cookware you'll need to put together even the most complex recipes.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

The primary bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and two closets to store all your luggage out of the way. The primary bedroom is connected to the newly remodeled bathroom featuring a beautiful glass enclosed standing shower - perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach.

The living room features a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa that's perfect for up to two adults!

CONDO AMENITIES

A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, shampoo, body wash and bar soap for each bathroom, as well as dishwasher soap laundry powder, and liquid dish soap.

OUTDOOR AREAS & RESORT AMENITIES

Step out onto pool deck and enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the waves of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax on the cozy patio bench for two a mere 10 steps to the seasonally heated pool. If that pool isn't your style, the property features two other pools and a boardwalk to the beach for your convenience.

Do you have a craving for a grilled burger or hot dog? The charcoal grills are close by, just a few steps from the patio.

The Sunbird's location ensures access to the pristine white sand beaches of PCB, convenient access to shopping, grocery stores, local attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonder Works, and a huge array of dining options. If you decide to wash your laundry before heading home, the onsite laundry facility is conveniently located on the first floor.

PARKING

Guests have access to one unassigned parking space. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the front desk upon arrival for a small fee of $45.

THE AREA

If you want to venture away from the resort's ample supply of things to do, head to Pier Park, the area's 900,000 square foot shopping and entertainment hub. Enjoy a game of tennis at Frank Brown Park, or do some fishing at the St. Andrew's State Park. When it's time for lunch, take a short stroll to the World Famous Pineapple Willy's located right next door and enjoy true beachfront dining on their expansive dining pier over the beach.

Guests will be required to sign a supplemental rental agreement after a booking is made. This property is in an area of Panama City Beach with ongoing new developments and exciting changes. Guests are advised that construction may be occurring at neighboring properties or the general area during your visit. We do our best to ensure each, and every property is maintained the absolute highest cleanliness standards, but occasionally we miss a bit of sand (you're at the beach, after all!) or dust on a ceiling fan. We're happy to take care of these issues if you notice that we missed them; just let us know!
