2. No Smoking in home or on balcony.
3. One dog is allowed in the home. (Pre-registration and fees apply)
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Please Note: Exterior security cameras are present and in place at the front and back of the home for added safety monitoring. Rest assured, your privacy is paramount, and no cameras are installed inside the living areas.

This house was perfect for our long weekend beach vacation with friends and all of our kids. The bunch room was a huge hit and we had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy together.
