Checkin was a breeze. The condo looked exactly as described. I had to get into touch with one of the hosts and she immediately took care of it with no problems. I would definitely recommend any family stay here. My family and I will be back..we felt most welcome here!

Really Nice Condo

Condo was on the 7th floor. Really nice place - well furnished and very clean. Has a huge furnished patio. Beach was clean. The building was secure and quiet. No complaints. The hosts did a great job providing the information.

Family Spring Break

The condo was perfect for my small family (husband, wife, tween daughter).It’s in close proximity to Walmart and several beach shops which makes it easy to make a quick purchase.The condo has several luggage carts on the ground level near the elevators, which makes hauling luggage a little easier.The large windows allow for the perfect beach views. The patio and patio furniture are perfect. The kitchen is fully stocked and everything worked as expected.Easy access to the beach. We took advantage of the complementary beach service that came with this rental. The Long Beach Resort had mostly families and older adults staying at the property in early April.I would love to come back.

Great experience

Bill our host is an awsome guy. This is the first time my family has used vrbo. Bill made it a painless experience. The condo is beautiful and stocked with everything we needed for the week from cooking utensils to dishes. The condo has a large balcony with some of the best views on the strip. The unit is on the 7th floor which is just the right height for dolphin watching. The property has 2 very nice pools and hot tubs. One is small with depths from 3ft to 5 1/2ft the large pool is a lagoon style with islands and water falls in the middle ranging from 3ft to 6ft with a small bar and resturant that plays music located poolside. there was never a time we couldent get chairs by the pool. Property is located at the end of the front beach rd next to thomas drive away from the busiest part of the strand so getting in and out was usually pretty easy. Over all great experience very happy with the property and bill our host. This will be our new go to for the years to come. Thanks bill

Awesome place

This condo was great , the location was perfect . Got to know the security guard Ron, very friendly. The little bar at the pool was amazing, Marian who was our bartender did an amazing job!!!!

Good Stay

Overall it was a decent place to stay. Loved the balcony and beach view. Everything was clean and tidy except the refrigerator and stove. The only complaint i have was the spring beds. I didnt get as much sleep as i would have liked due to the beds. Overall it was okay though.

Beautiful view!

We were just at Bill’s condo for a week and it was beautiful! We immediately saw dolphin swimming in front of us from 7th floor balcony. Pictures of condo were accurate. Plenty of room for us and another couple with spacious masters on separate sides of condo. Will definitely be back!

Family Spring Break 2023

Condo was just like the photos. Excellent views, nice large balcony area, kitchen had everything we needed, throw pillows and blankets could have used updating or a washing and carpets need a steam cleaning. This was minor and didn’t take away from our excellent experience! Bill was great to work with, very prompt and thorough. Would rent from him again.

Great Condo!

Excellent location! 2 master suites with private entrances to a balcony that was huge! Property manager was readily accessible and helpful. We had a spectacular view of the beach with glorious sunsets nightly.

Amazing view!!!

From the moment we entered the view was breathtaking! Views from all rooms, and huge balcony made this condo a memorable beach trip!!! Communication with the owner was excellent! The building itself while formed my and convenient, could be a little cleaner and updated.. The elevators were worn and dirty, but the pros outweighed the cons because the condo, pools, and beach were all fantastic!

Nice beach front condo

Everything was as advertised. Directly on the beach, nice pools on site, having chair/umbrella access was fabulous. The condo accommodated our family with 5 kids (7-17) perfectly.
