The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located spacious condo that sleeps 10! 3BR/2BA with a sleeper sofa, this condo is fully furnished with everything you need to have a great stay in PCB! It`s less than a mile from the beach, two from Pier Park and the complex has a large pool and a gym. It`s close to plenty of shopping and eating and has plenty of free parking!
You have 1 dedicated parking space, the parking it is numbered the same as the unit you are staying in. Any additional vehicles must park in an unnumbered spot, or you are subject to be towed. There is an additional charge of $35 for each parking pass after 2.

The condo I booked was not what matched the photos! I immediately reached out to host, Laura. She responded quickly & apologized for the mix up. The photos on my booking were a different unit. She had another unit available that was more accommodating & moved us right away! The unit was clean & spacious with plenty of comfy sleeping quarters for our large group of 10! The construction outside of Nautilus Cove Condos does make coming & going a headache, to say the least. I wish I had known about that ahead of time, which would be the only downside of our stay. The pool area was clean & safe, as guests needed a key to get in! We loved it!
