We are thrilled to share our second beach vacation home with you! As business owners for the past 18 years in Wisconsin, one of our dreams was to own a vacation home where we could relax and create memories with family and friends. After 2020, we were reminded just how precious life is, making this goal even more important.
Now, we’re excited to personally manage this condo to ensure you have the best vacation possible. Everyone deserves time to unwind, recharge, and enjoy life—let PTO Paradise be your home away from home!
About the Condo
Located on the 10th floor of Tower 1 on the beach with breathtaking Gulf views!
Sleeps 6-9 comfortably:
Primary Suite – King bed, Gulf-view balcony access, large on suite with a soaking tub, separate shower, and walk-in closet.
Second Bedroom – Queen bed, stunning Gulf and coastline views, attached bathroom.
Third Bedroom – Queen bed, views of Front Beach Road, closet, and bathroom nearby.
Living Room – Queen sleeper sofa and twin sleeper chair for additional guests.
Fully stocked kitchen with appliances & essentials for cooking.
Beach chairs, umbrella, and toys provided (stored in an outdoor closet to keep sand out).
Cleaning supplies & vacuum available for your convenience.

- Grand Panama Resort charges a $55 fee, which includes parking for one vehicle and wristbands for facility access.
A second vehicle parking pass is available for $35.
Keyless Check-In
For your convenience, check-in is completely contactless! A secure code will be emailed to you before arrival.
A Friendly Reminder
We ask that you treat our condo as if it were your own home. Renting a condo differs from a hotel stay—please be mindful of the space and furniture. To avoid additional cleaning fees, we kindly request:
Running the dishwasher before checkout
Taking out the trash
Sweeping up excessive sand
WiFi Notice
WiFi is available, but speeds may vary depending on the number of guests using the network.

For larger groups we also own and manage the condo next door "Shore Beats Work". This may be available to rent at the same time for groups coming together and wanting to stay next door.
