Along with on-site amenities including five pools, hot tubs, saunas, a fitness center, and a game room, you'll also be close to some of the area's most popular attractions like Pirate’s Island Adventure Golf, Zooworld Zoological Park, the M.B. Miller County Pier, Todd Herendeen Theatre, and St. Andrews State Park. The beach is always waiting for you just steps across Thomas Drive.

Your ocean-view condo comes fully furnished for modern comfort and convenience with home essentials like a full kitchen, central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. The private balcony makes an ideal perch for coffee or cocktails.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Family vacation

All king size bed sheets was not clean they had stains, contacted host to let them know. Was credited $60 a day later someone came and changed the bedding on just the master bedroom, after we had already stripped the beds down. Not enough plates for a family. There was 3 large plates and several salad plates. Overall the place was clean excluding the beds. We was very upset that we came into a vacation home with dirty linens.
