This was our family beach vacation, we go every year. We always look forward to it!! I have to say the condo in itself was in major need of an update. If you stay here you will want to stay in tower 3, as it’s right by the lagoon pool. We stayed in tower 1 & had to walk all the way through the breeze way to get to the lagoon pool. It was a long walk, also not every tower had beach access, Thankfully ours did!! We came in a low season, so we didn’t have any issues with elevator wait time or anything. I also have to mention, the condo itself the key pad wasn’t necessary.. you did not need it. It would always open. We didn’t have an issues with anything getting taken due to this, the GM said this can happen because the sand.. also the condo didn’t get as cool as it should. The lighting
In the bathroom was super crappy, as me & my sister had a tough time getting ready because it was so dark in there. We also had a vent hanging in the queen bedroom side. The lounge chairs were also mostly broken. They needed major upgrading. For it to be resort, it’s definitely on the older side. We also had a very hard time getting in contact with the rental agent, it took about 4 days past the due date of the rest of the deposit being paid. They would not answer the chat through VBRO, or email.. I finally heard back through them through a completely different number. They also double charged us, it took about 2 weeks to get that money back as well.i will say we LOVED the location though!
