This luxury condo in the quiet west end, has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation . Enjoy the exceptional amenities at Emerald Isle Retreat including complimentary FRONT ROW FREE BEACH SERVICE (March through Oct) 2 pools (1 heated/indoor), hot tub, PICKLE BALL court and access to our private beach closet.

BALCONY – Enjoy your morning coffee and listen to the ocean, on one of the LARGEST balconies in the area. This unique curved balcony has ample luxury patio seating with a high top table, glider and new reclining chaise loungers.

MAIN LIVING SPACE - The modern fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and granite bar counter is open to the dining and living space with coastal décor. Living room has new furnishings with comfy leather chairs.

2 BEDROOMS - Master suite has a king bed, with breathtaking view and sliders to the balcony. Private ensuite bathroom has a beautifully updated walk in shower. Spacious second bedroom with queen bed, and direct access to the second bathroom. Both bedrooms have new TV's mounted over dressers.

BEACH CLOSET – Access our private beach closet with toys and extra chairs.
BEACH SERVICE INCLUDED - 2 chairs and umbrella set up for March through Oct.

KITCHEN – Well equipped with dishes, coffee maker, kettle, blender, cooking and serving dishes for making a snack, a meal or cooking up the days catch.

ENTERTAINMENT – X-finity High Definition TV service with multiple channels & WIFI included, or stream your favorite shows.

Great beach front property! Having the beach chair service included was wonderful and the attendant at the beach was exceptional. Condo was as described and extremely clean. The property manager was great to work with as well. Location was so convenient and easy to navigate the area. Great place to vacation!

This condo was beautiful, clean and a great location. Views from the balcony are amazing. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay and got some much needed relaxation and family time. The owners were very helpful, easy to communicate with and was always available if we had questions. They were also kind enough to leave recommendations for eating and shopping. We would stay again if we are back in PCB. You can't go wrong when booking this condo!!

Great property and location

I’ve been to this area several times and this was the best experience I’ve had. The condo is excellent and easy to access with a tremendous view. Elevators are quick and walking out to the beach is so easy. The chairs on the first row were awesome too. Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We will be back!

Beautiful place to stay with amazing views!

Me and my parents stayed here for a long weekend getaway and it was perfect! The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. It is in a perfect location and we had the best time! You get beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the very spacious balcony and there is plenty of seating to relax. The host is very kind and responsive and checked in to make sure everything was good and that we were having a nice time. We will definitely be back!

From the minute we walked in the door, our experience in this condo was amazing! It was so clean, so peaceful, and so simple.
