Great get away place. We celebrated our 20 year wedding anniversary here. Very clean place. Wasn’t hard to get in and out .

Picture perfect!

The property looked exactly as the online pictures. The condo was clean & spacious. The location was perfect! Everyone was so friendly & welcoming. It was my first experience with a condo & VRBO but will be booking with Cort annually for our beach vacation!

Amazing Stay!

The Sand-Side Oasis was the perfect place for a last-minute get away with my friends and I. Overall, it was a great place to stay: clean, well managed, very close to the beach, and beautiful! Additionally, Cort is an exceptional property manager. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and made us feel very welcome. I couldn't have asked for a better trip! Definitely will book again..

First time staying here and booking through Vrbo. I will say the balcony, even being on the second floor had a decent view of the pool and beach, the only issues was there were no curtains to block the view from outside to the balcony just glass slide doors. The two bunk beds had no ladder to access the top bed. My family and I also didn’t know if the AC was working or maybe Florida was just really hot but it never seemed to cool down the entire unit especially at night time which was primary the only time we were there. I put 3 stars for communication with owner because we didn’t speak to anyone before or after check out. The owners communicated everything through text message once with all information corresponding our stay before we arrived. Over all our time in Panama City Beach was pleasant. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Perfect location!

We enjoyed staying at this condo! We had the perfect view of the pool and ocean. The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed! We would recommend this place!

Management was terrific.

I would suggest better cookware (ours was badly scratched teflon), toaster would not toast properly. I could go on, but I would rather brag about property management. Quick to answer questions and kind in response. Thanks!

Family Getaway

We were on the 2nd floor with easy access to the elevator, the beach and surrounding restaurants.The condo was perfect for our family. We would definitely stay there again..
